Sport can be classified as: Re-creative, when your goal is entertainment (running, cycling) Health, when you try to improve the quality of life (yoga, tai chi, Pilates) Physical appearance, the objective is to improve our figure (dancing, skating) Competitive, when the objective is to beat the other (football, karate, Boxing) Adventure, where the aim is to overcome challenges (rafting, skiing, diving) Extreme sport, when the objective is to limit the possibility (climbing, skydiving)
Exercise improves mental function, speed, sense of well being, decreases the aggressiveness, increased strength and muscle endurance.
People who practice physical sports stop smoking more easily.
Washington Sebastián Abreu Gallo was born on 17th October 1976 in Minas. His nickname is "Crazy". He began to play Basketball when he was a teenager.
He was playing Basketball when he started to play in Nacional, later he was his debut in the first division of Defensor Sporting 1994.
Later he has played in differents countries like: Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Spain, etc. In 1996 he went to Argentina (San Lorenzo de almagro). In 1998 He made his debut in Spain (La Coruña) .
The same year he travelled to Brazil to play in Gremio de Porto Alegre.
In 1999 he went to Mexico where he played in Tecos de Guadalajara.
In 2001 he made a big success in San Lorenzo, he obtained the Clausura Champion that year.
With the selection of Uruguay he played he played two tournament, one in2002 and the other in 2010.

Luis Alberto Suárez, was born in Salto, Uruguay, the 24th of January, 1987. Luisis a Uruguayan football player. He plays as a striker for AFC Ajax and for the Uruguayan football team.He is considerated one of the best football players aroun the world.
He began his career at National, the 3rd of May, 2005, against Junior de Barranquilla. His first official goal was in that season (10th of September, 2005). During his time in National, he won the national championship in 2006, scoring 12 goals in 29 appearances. Before transferring to Ajax in 2007, Suárez moved to Groningen.
On 1st June 2010, Diego Óscar Tabárez announced that Suárez would be part of the team in the 2010 Wold Cup. On 26th of June, he scored his first goald agains Mexico and helped Uruguay with their group. On 26th , he scored two goals against South Korea. During the 2010 World Cup Luis scored three goals, made six appearances, played 543 minutes and received one red card. On 2nd July, 2010, during the match against Ghana, he handled the ball on the line in the last minute of extra-time and evicted a goal by Ghana that would have won the match.
Luis Suárez grows up with a single mother and with six siblings. He had a lot of problems when he was teeanager: he used to drinks a lot. At the age of 14, he started to work hard in practice. He married with Sofia Balbi, in 2009, they are expecting their first daughter, and she is going to call Dephine.

Diego Alfredo Lugano Moreno was born on November 2nd, in Canelones. He is 29 years old. He is 1.88m tall. He has short, wavy, blond hair. His wife is Karina and his children are Nicólas, Blanda and Thiago . He is an Uruguayan football player who frequently plays for "Fenerbahçe" in Turkish Super League. He has previously played for "Plaza Colonia", "Nacional" and " San Paulo". He is also the captain of the Uruguayan footbal team. He was nominated as the best captain by Fifa World Cup 2010.

Diego Forlán Corazo was born on 19th of May 1979 in Montevideo. He is an Uruguayan footballer who plays for "La Liga Club Atlético Madrid" and the uruguayan national team. He has been two-times the winner of the Pichichi Trophy and the European Golden Shoe, and also received the Golden Ball as the best football player in 2010 FIFA Worl Cup.
He was born into a family of footballers, his father Pablo played in the selection Uruguayan during 1966 and 1974. He is grandfather, Juan Carlos Corazo, was a footballer for Independiente in Argentina.
